We celebrated Caden's 1st birthday at the end of May with a little party for him at Grandma & Grandpa's house. It was a fun time with family, homemade pizza, cupcakes, cake & ice cream. 
Caden enjoyed the cupcakes the most because he had no problem digging into them. Yummmmmmmy!!!
And after a quick bath to wash off all that cake, it was more party fun with...gifts!
He got lots of fun presents like a Choo-Choo-Train, race cars, summer outfits, new sunglasses, and even $50 to start his mission fund :)
Still can't believe how fast he has grown up. Here are a few random facts about our one year old:
- he can walk like a pro
- climbs on everything
- loves playing at the park
- his favorite food is bananas
- can throw a temper tantrum like no other
- likes to boogie when he hears music
- can say "mama" and "dada"
- enjoys splashing in the bathtub
- can blow kisses
- is learning to sign "more" and "all done"
- likes exploring the back yard of Grandma's house
- bounces on the trampoline
- we call him "BAM BAM" because he is so strong & likes to bang things
- experiences moments of "separation anxiety" when away from mommy & daddy
- can fold his arms during family prayers
We are so blessed to have you in our family, Caden. Thanks for bringing so much joy and happiness into our lives. We look forward to more fun years with you!!!
